Barrel temperature: temperature required by injection molding process, barrel temperature, nozzle temperature mold temperature. The temperature of the first two stages mainly affects the plasticization activity of the metal, then a temperature mainly affects the activity cooling of the metal. Each metal has different activity temperatures. The same metal has different temperature synthetic temperature due to different sources brands. This is due to the difference in average molecular weight molecular weight distribution. The plasticizing process of metal in different types of injection machines is also different, so the temperature of cartridge barrel is different.
